DESCRIPTION:2020 Walk To Remember \nOctober 11th – October 17th \n  \n          COVID-19 has put a halt on most celebrations this year.  While we cannot be together in person\, we are coming together virtually to give families a safe and memorable opportunity to celebrate Pregnancy and Infant Loss Month.  Please join Linked in Loss Foundation and Emilia’s Wings for a Virtual Walk To Remember.  This walk is a time for encouragement and reflection as we remember and celebrate the lives of our babies.  We hope that this event offers families a safe platform where they feel comfortable speaking their babies’ names out loud\, while also raising awareness for Pregnancy and Infant Loss. \n  \n\n  \nDETAILS: \nStarts:  October 11th\, 2020 \nEnds:  October 17th\, 2020 \nCandlelight Ceremony:  October 15th @ 7 pm CT \nCost:  FREE! \n  \n\n  \nHow Does Our Virtual Walk To Remember Work? \n     > Our Virtual Walk is free for all participants.  We seek to offer a safe and welcoming environment for anyone who has been affected by Pregnancy and Infant Loss. \n     > This walk is open to anyone who wishes to participate\, regardless of where you live!  We welcome you to walk or run anywhere\, any time during the week of October 11th-17th. \n     > Walk or run as far as you want at the location of your choice.   Feel free to set your own distance and pace. \n     > If you’d like\, coordinate a walk with your family and friends – either in-person or virtually depending on your comfort level\, ability\, and current CDC guidelines – or walk alone if you’d prefer to reflect on the life of your baby in silence and solitude.   \n     > All participants are welcome to write a letter to their baby.  This letter can be as short or long as you wish.  After you complete your Walk to Remember\, take your letter and burn it\, allowing the ashes to float toward Heaven to be received by your baby. \n     > On October 15th (International Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day) we will hold a Candlelight Remembrance Ceremony on Zoom at 7 pm Central Time.  As a registered participant\, your baby’s name will be read aloud for all attendees to hear as you light a candle in their memory. \n     > Our goal is to spread awareness about Pregnancy & Infant Loss while creating a safe environment for families to honor their babies.  We encourage you to share photos and videos from this event under the hashtag #????.  Photos and videos that are submitted may be featured in a promotional slideshow. \n  \nFor more information about Linked In Loss Foundation and Emilia’s Wings\, please visit the following pages: \n          Linked In Loss Foundation \n          Emilia’s Wings
