DESCRIPTION:In October 1988\, President Ronald Reagan proclaimed October as National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.  “When a child loses his or her parent\, they are called an orphan.  When a spouse loses her or his partner\, they are called a widow or widower.  When parents lose their child\, there isn’t a word to describe them.  This month recognizes the loss so many parents experience across the United States and around the world.  It is also meant to inform and provide resources for parents who have lost children due to miscarriage\, ectopic pregnancy\, molar pregnancy\, stillbirths\, birth defects\, SIDS\, and other causes.”

DESCRIPTION:What better way to support the PAIL Community than with a day of fundraising and great food at Minsky’s Pizza! \n\n\n \n\n\nDine-in\, carry out\, or order delivery from any of the three Kansas City **NORTHLAND** locations (LIBERTY\, BARRY ROAD EAST & BARRY ROAD WEST) on Thursday\, October 24th\, 2019 from Open to Close\, 11 am-10 pm.\n\n\n \n\n\nPresent the attached Slice of Donation flyer (Can be found below in the comments section) or mention Emilia’s Wings to your server at the end of your meal\, at the counter\, or to your driver to validate your donation. Minsky’s Pizza will donate 15 percent of food and non-alcoholic beverage sales to Emilia’s Wings. No discounts may be offered or used in conjunction with this program.\n\n\n \n\n\nCan’t attend or want to help raise even more?
